The old version of this page talked about paylines and reels. The screenshots tell a different story: Fei Long Feng Wu on 3Win8 is an animal-wheel game, the kind Malaysian players know from arcade halls, where you spread chips over a board and a light picks the winner.
What the screen shows
The top half is a garden scene with temples and a stone hill, framed by a ring of square tiles. Each tile carries an animal (a gold dragon-head mask, a lion, a panda or a pink rabbit) on a red, green or yellow background. When the round starts, a red beam sweeps around the ring and settles on one tile.
Below the scene sit two history strips. The upper one shows recent Banker/Player/Tie results as small round 莊, 閒 and 和 badges; the lower one shows the last animals drawn, some marked with an "x2" multiplier.

The betting board and what the numbers mean
The lower half is the board: three coloured rows, red, green and yellow, each with the four animals plus one side bet. The number next to each animal is its payout multiplier, and it changes with the colour. On the board in this screenshot the red row paid 46, 23, 13 and 8, the green row 25, 12, 7 and 4, and the yellow row 40, 20, 11 and 7, reading dragon-head, lion, panda, rabbit.
The right-hand column is a separate game: 莊 (Banker) at 2, 和 (Tie) at 26 and 閒 (Player) at 2. You can bet it on its own or alongside the animals.
The rarer the animal, the bigger the number, so the dragon-head boxes are long shots and the rabbit boxes come up far more often.
Thunder Bonus and Stage Bonus
The in-game guide lists two random features. The Thunder Bonus drops a lightning strike on the result and multiplies the win by 2, 3, 4 or 5. The Stage Bonus gives the light extra stops, so more than one tile wins in the same round.

The result screen above shows a red dragon inside a blue ring with "x40" underneath and a Banker badge in the corner, which is how a single-tile win is announced.
Using the bottom bar
WIN and TOTAL BETS sit on the left. The blue 0.50 button shows the current chip size; each tap on a box adds one chip of that value. REBET copies last round's layout, AUTO repeats it without stopping, and LAST RESULT opens the recent history. The balance is at the top left, next to the chip icon.
Pacing a short session
Spreading small chips over every rabbit box feels safe but most of it is lost each round, because only one tile wins. Pick two or three boxes, keep the chip at the lowest value and watch the history strip for a few rounds before you raise anything. Use AUTO only once you have set a stop point.

Troubleshooting and questions
Is Fei Long Feng Wu a slot?
No. There are no reels. A light runs around a ring of animal tiles and stops on one; you win if you had chips on that animal and colour.
What are the numbers in the betting boxes?
They are the payout multipliers for each box. On the board we photographed they ranged from 4 for a green rabbit to 46 for the red top-row animal, with 2 for Banker and Player and 26 for Tie.
