Iron Man 3 (ACE333): the armour symbols and how to pace a one-cent session

Iron Man 3 is the third of the Marvel-themed slots in the ACE333 lobby, built on the same frame as Thor and The Incredible Hulk. The game shows the film's logo, but this site has no connection with Marvel or the game's makers.

The screen

Dark steel blue throughout. A glowing blue energy tube runs down the left edge, and the red IRON MAN 3 title sits between the four jackpot boxes: ULTIMATE POWER, EXTRA POWER, SUPER POWER and POWER. Line numbers run down both sides, and the reels are dark panels with silver metal card letters.

Which suit is which

The picture symbols are round badges:

• Red-and-gold armour (the main suit)
• Red, white and blue armour
• Grey armour with a shoulder gun
• A green hooded figure with red eyes
• A glowing red silhouette
• The triangular blue arc reactor

The square red-and-gold IRON MAN tile is the odd one out. It turns up on reels 3, 4 and 5 in these captures, which is where a feature symbol would sit.

Pacing a session

The first capture is at 25 lines x 0.05 = 1.25 a spin. The rest drop to 1 line x 0.01, and over seven spins the balance went from 24.41 to 24.37 with no win.

Those two settings show the trade-off. At 1.25 a spin, RM24 is about nineteen spins with every line live. At 0.01 it lasts for hours, but only the middle row pays. A useful middle ground is all 25 lines at 0.01, which is 0.25 a spin, roughly a hundred spins from the same balance. The old page made the same point: the feature can take a long time to land, so budget for a long run rather than a few big spins.

The four Power meters climbed by a few ringgit-sized steps between spins, which shows they are shared across many players. Do not raise your line bet to chase them without reading INFO first.
