WorldCup Golden Boot is a 25-line football slot in the SKY777 lobby. Stadium floodlights, a crowd in silhouette and a green pitch frame the reels. The base game is plain line play; the free spins, where you choose a team, are the interesting part.
What is on the reels
Two kinds of symbol fill the 5 x 3 grid: national shirts and cartoon player portraits.
The portraits are the high symbols. By kit and background colour:
- Red and green background, dark hair: 4000 / 400 / 100
- Blue and white stripes, long hair: 2000 / 300 / 75
- White shirt, shaved head: 1000 / 200 / 60
- Yellow Brazil-style shirt: 800 / 150 / 50
- Blue shirt, Italian-flag background: 600 / 125 / 40
The shirts are the low symbols. Spain 9, Japan 10 and Germany 11 pay 150 / 60 / 20; France 7, Italy 2 and Brazil 8 pay 100 / 30 / 10. Everything needs three from the left.
The wild and how it changes in free spins
The WILD is a football with the word Wild across it. In the base game it lands on reels 2, 3 and 4 only and stands in for everything but the scatter. During free spins it becomes an Expand Wild; the help picture shows it filling a whole reel. On a 25-line game a full wild reel in the middle touches every line, which is why the help page says free spins with Expand Wild "will get higher chance to win".
Picking a team
The SCATTER is a gold trophy. Three or more trigger the free spins feature, and the screen then shows five shirts: England 10, Brazil 8, Italy 2, Spain 9 and France 7, with FREEGAME SELECT across them. Tap one to reveal how many free spins it holds: 5, 8, 10, 12 or 15. More scatters inside the feature retrigger it.
Nothing on the help page suggests the pick is anything but luck, so there is no point agonising over it. Pick your team and let it play.
Setting up
The arrow on the left edge opens the chips for DENOMINATION, LINES and BET, plus a TURBO switch. The bottom strip shows LINE, BET, TOTAL BET, WIN, DENOMINATION and BALANCE. At 0.25 a spin these screenshots started from a balance of 24.46.

Does the team I pick change anything?
Only the number of free spins behind the shirt: 5, 8, 10, 12 or 15. The help page does not say that any team is fixed to a particular number.
