Golden Lotus is a soft pink Chinese garden slot on 3Win8, with a geisha, a porcelain vase and a pagoda among the symbols. Its paytable fits on one screen, which makes it a good game to learn how 3Win8 prints pays. That paytable is the hero image above, and this page reads it from the top.
The two special symbols
Golden Lotus (top left) is the substitute. The note beside it says it stands in for all other symbols except the scattered White Lotus. It also pays on its own: 8 for two, 88 for three, 888 for four and 8888 for five. Those are line-bet multiples, like everything except the scatter.
White Lotus (top right) is the scatter. It pays in any position: 1 for two, 3 for three, 30 for four and 500 for five, and the note says scatter wins are multiplied by the total bet, not the line bet.
A line at the bottom of the page sums it up: "All symbols pay Left to Right except scattered White Lotus, which pay Any."

Two things stand out. The purple 蓮 character pays as much as the substitute for five, and it is the only regular symbol that pays for two besides the geisha. The foo dog, vase and pagoda share one row marked "OF A KIND", which appears to mean any mix of the three counts together.
A scatter win, checked
In this capture the setting is LINES 5 at LINE BET 0.04, so BET reads 0.20. Two White Lotus tiles landed, on reels 1 and 5, and the win box shows SCATTER WIN 0.20. Two scatters pay 1 times total bet, and 1 x 0.20 is 0.20. The paytable and the reels agree.
The top ticker in the same capture says someone "won JACKPOT 900.28", and the MINOR and MAJOR bars sit at 950.00 and 1300.00. Those bars are the lobby jackpot, separate from the paytable.
Bet panel and pacing
The panel has LINES and LINE BET with arrow buttons, BET and WIN in a small box, then AUTO and SPIN. With all 25 lines at 0.10 the bet is 2.50; the capture above used 5 lines at 0.04.
Because the scatter pays on total bet and can land anywhere, cutting lines does not reduce what scatters are worth relative to your stake. It does cut your chance at the 蓮 and substitute line wins. On a small balance, 25 lines at the lowest line bet is the steadier choice.

Troubleshooting and questions
What does two White Lotus pay?
The paytable says 2 scatters pay 1 times the total bet. In one capture, two White Lotus tiles at a 0.20 total bet showed SCATTER WIN 0.20, which matches.
Is there a pick bonus?
The old page described a Chinese Garden feature where you pick lotuses for free spins or prizes. The first paytable page does not mention it and no feature screen was captured, so it may be on a later page of the help or not in this version.
