Alice is a 15-line Wonderland slot. The reels float in front of a forest with a huge red-and-white mushroom on the right, and the line tabs down each side are little painted buttons. The same art runs on Play8oy's Alice, which covers the basic odds table. This page covers the two rules on the Joker123 help screen that change how a spin can pay.

The symbols in one pass

Top row of the Odds Table, five of a kind: Alice 1000, the blue caterpillar 600, the Hatter 400, the Queen of Hearts 200 and a spade-card soldier 160. The tea-party group sits below: storybook 100, blue potion 60, cupcake 40, teapot 30, teacup 20.

Every symbol has a fourth figure in a row marked ALL. That is where the first rule comes in.

Rule 1: All of a Kind

The rules panel says that 10 or more of the same symbol on the reels at one time "may have a chance to trigger ALL OF A KIND". The prize is worked out differently from a line win: the bet amount is multiplied by the ALL ratio. Alice's ALL figure is 5000, the teacup's 50.

Since a teacup covering ten of fifteen cells is far more likely than ten Alices, the low symbols are the ones that usually fire this. On one screenshot the reels are mostly teapots and potions, the kind of screen where it becomes possible.

Rule 2: five wilds on a line

The WILD tile is a green sign with purple lettering. It substitutes for everything except the Fever symbol, and five wilds on an active line pay the highest odds on the table. Two screenshots show wilds framed in green on winning lines, paying 0.20 and 0.04 at 0.01 per line.

The Fever game

The Fever symbol is a pocket watch on a red card with FEVER underneath. It appears only on reels 1, 3 and 5, and three of them trigger the Fever game. One capture has a Fever clock on reel 1 alone, the first step of three.

Another shows several cells sparkling and changing, with a 0.57 win at 0.15 total, part of the win animation.

Line rules and stake

All symbols pay left to right on active lines, except Fever. Only the highest win per line is paid, and wins are multiplied by the per-line bet. At 0.01 per line a spin costs 0.15; at 0.06 it costs 0.90.

For a small budget, 0.01 per line and a fixed spin count is the sensible way to wait for three Fever clocks.

Troubleshooting and questions

Does Alice on Joker123 pay 243 ways?

No. The Game Rules page says symbols pay left to right on active paylines, and LINES shows 15.

What happens with five wilds on a line?

The rules say five wilds on an active line pay the highest odds on the table, which is the Alice figure of 1000 times the line stake.
