Dolphin Reef is a bright, pale-blue slot with bubbles running up both edges of the reels and small numbered line markers on each side. It has one feature and one trigger, and that trigger only works on two reels, so it is worth knowing before you set a bet.
The screen
Five reels of three rows on a white background. The top bar carries the credit box, the MAJOR, RANDOM and MINOR jackpot meters, and the sound, info and home buttons. The bottom panel reads LINES 20, PLAY, TOTAL PLAY, WIN and SPIN.
The picture symbols are a clownfish, a green sea turtle, a pink seahorse and an orange starfish. A wooden treasure chest is the scatter. The low end is A, K, Q, J, 10 and 9 in chunky coloured letters.
The paytable

- Turtle: 1000, 150, 30, and 3 for two.
- Starfish and seahorse: 500, 100, 20, and 2 for two.
- A and K: 250, 50, 15. Q and J: 150, 25, 10. 10 and 9: 100, 20, 5.
- Treasure chest scatter: 100, 10 or 3 for five, four or three.
The clownfish paying on two of a kind is the thing to watch for: it is one of the few ways a quiet spin still returns something.
The dolphin and the free games
The wild is a leaping dolphin on a deep blue tile. It lands on reels 2 and 4 only and substitutes for all symbols. When it shows on both of those reels in the same spin you win 5 free games plus an expanded wild.
During the feature, reels 2 and 4 turn into full columns of rippling water, which is the expanded wild covering all three rows. A SPIN LEFT counter appears in the bottom-left corner and counts down from 5. With two whole reels wild, most free spins land a win of some kind.
When the last free game finishes, a wooden board shows GAME WIN, FEATURE WIN and TOTAL WIN. In the screenshot it reads 0.73, 8.22 and 8.95 (in MYR on that board), and a CONTINUE button returns you to the base game.
Bet and pacing
With all 20 lines at a PLAY of 0.01, a spin costs 0.20 GP. The feature needs two specific reels to cooperate, so it can take a long run of spins to arrive. At 0.20 a spin, 100 spins cost 20 GP; decide on a block like that before you start and stop at the end of it.

Is the treasure chest the feature trigger?
No. The chest is a scatter that pays 100, 10 or 3 times for five, four or three. The free games come from the dolphin.
