Viking Mania is a light-hearted Norse slot: wooden letters on a parchment reel strip, pine trees and blue sky at the edges, and a cast of cartoon Vikings. It plays five reels, three rows and up to 20 lines, with line numbers stacked down both sides.
The cast of symbols
The picture symbols are painted on round wooden shields or tiles:
- a blond Viking in a horned helmet on a purple tile, marked WILD
- a red-haired Viking woman in a red dress
- a bearded Viking raising a mug
- a wild boar on a shield
- a war hammer
- a curved drinking horn with metal bands
- an old treasure map
The low symbols are chunky wooden 9, 10, J, Q, K and A with iron corner fittings.
What the banners tell you
The strip under the logo rotates messages, and two of them are worth reading.
"5X (Viking woman) PAYS 10000X LINE BET" gives the top line prize. It is quoted against line bet, so on MYR0.01 a line the five-of-a-kind is worth MYR100.
"GET ALL 5 BONUS TO START VIKING PLAYTIME BONUS" describes the bonus game. It needs five BONUS symbols in one spin, most likely one per reel. The screenshots do not show that round.
The treasure map is the likely free-spins scatter, as in the Playtech original. It lands in the screenshot below, on reel 5.
The bet bar

The hero shot has 20 lines at MYR0.01, total MYR0.20. The other shots are on 1 line, total MYR0.01. A message line reads "CLICK SPIN TO START" when idle and "GOOD LUCK" while spinning.
Pacing a session
With 20 lines at one sen a line, a hundred spins cost MYR20. Keep an eye on LINE BET rather than just TOTAL BET, since the big prizes are quoted against it. Running only a few lines lowers the cost but also lowers your chance of catching five on a live line.

Troubleshooting and questions
What does 10000x line bet mean in ringgit?
It is a multiple of LINE BET, not total bet. At MYR0.01 a line that is MYR100; at MYR0.10 a line it is MYR1,000. It needs five of that symbol on one active line.
Is there a free-spins round?
The screenshots show a treasure-map symbol but no free-spins screen. In the Playtech original, map scatters start free spins; confirm in INFO.
