Heavenly Ruler is a purple-and-gold imperial slot on LPE88. Plum blossom branches frame the reels, the gold HEAVENLY RULER title sits on a purple ribbon at the top, and the whole theme is built around one historical figure: the scroll symbol reads 武則天, Wu Zetian.
The screen, phone style
LPE88 runs this game in its newer mobile frame. A thin status strip sits at the top, then the reels fill most of the screen. A round menu button sits in the top-left corner and an info button in the top right. On the left edge is a half-hidden arrow that slides out the bet panel, and on the right a large round play button.
Along the bottom: YOUR BALANCE, LINES (30), a message in the middle, COIN and TOTAL BET. Before a spin the message reads "PRESS SPIN OR SWIPE THE REELS". During a spin it changes to "TOUCH THE REELS TO STOP EARLY".

A win on screen
In one capture at LINES 30, COIN RM0.01 and TOTAL BET RM0.30, three A symbols connected on line 22: two on the top row of reels 1 and 2, then one on the bottom of reel 3. A small RM0.10 label appeared under the first A, the line number 22 showed on the left edge, and a purple banner in the middle of the bottom bar read RM0.40 for the spin. Two palace tiles sat on the bottom row of reels 1 and 2 at the same time.
The balance moved between RM31.51 and RM30.91 across the captures, so at RM0.30 a spin the session went up and down by small amounts.
Pacing
With stacked peacocks, the game pays best when a whole reel fills. That needs all 30 lines, which is the default here. Keep COIN at RM0.01 and decide on a number of spins rather than a target.

Who is the empress on the reels?
The scroll symbol carries the characters 武則天, Wu Zetian, the only woman to rule China as emperor in her own name. The portrait of a woman in a pink-and-gold headdress is her.
How do I see what the palace tile does?
Open the menu at the top left for the paytable. In the captures two palace tiles on the bottom row did not trigger anything, so it likely needs three.
