NTC33 (NewTown Casino) download: the Android pair, the Windows client and its slot filters
NTC33, better known as NewTown Casino, came as two Android apps and a Windows client. Getting the current build, installing it, and using the PC slot filters.

NTC33 is NewTown Casino. The old download page for it had the same four-way split as its Playtech-style neighbours: an Android slot app, an Android live-games app, a Windows client and a browser link. There was no iPhone file.
The Windows client is where NTC33 is most usable, and it has one feature worth knowing about before you install anything: the slot list can be filtered by line count.
Getting a current NTC33 build
Nothing from 2018 is hosted here now, and the operator link has been removed. Old NTC33 installers stop working once the server moves on, and a file you cannot trace is a risk to the device it sits on.
When you get an NTC33 game ID with the current app link, state which build you want: Android slots, Android live, Windows, or a combination.
Android
Remove anything named NTC33 or NewTown first. Install from the new link, allowing the browser to install unknown apps for that one file, and switch the setting off again afterwards. The slot and live apps install as two icons.
Windows
Download from the provider's link, scan it, and only accept the unknown-publisher warning if the source checks out. Never turn off your antivirus for a casino client.
Inside the NTC33 Windows client
After login the window shows a red circular logo top left, a Welcome line with your username, your balance in MYR and a gold CASHIER button. A rotating game banner fills the top centre (Zhao Cai Tong Zi in the old capture), with a wrench, fullscreen toggle, HELP and CONTACT US to the right.
The left menu starts at GAMES. Open Video Slots and you get a set of filters: All, 5-10 Line, 15-20 Line, 25+ Line, Multi Spin, Progressive and All Ways. Above the tiles, VIEW switches between list and grid, and SORT BY reorders them.
The line filters are the fastest way to find a low-line game for small stakes, or to go straight to the progressives. Titles in that list included Zhao Cai Jin Bao, Sun Wukong, Bai Shi, Geisha Story, Thai Paradise, The Great Ming Empire, Fortune Jump and Vacation Station.
NTC33 fixes
- Windows client shows MYR0.00 and a grey CASHIER: logged in, but the ID has no balance yet.
- Game list empty under a filter: that category has no games in your build. Choose All.
- Android slot app works, live app will not log in: the live app may need its own update. Reinstall it from a fresh link.
- Client window opens tiny on a high-resolution screen: use the fullscreen toggle top right.

Yes. NTC33 is the short name; the banners and many players call it NewTown. Same app, same IDs.
Which NTC33 app has the slots like Zhao Cai Jin Bao?
On Android, the slot app. The live dealer tables were a separate APK on the old page. On Windows both are in one client.
