Racing Car (Mega888): the 12-box car badge betting board
Not a reel slot: you bet on which car badge and colour the ring stops on. Here is how the 12-box bet panel, moving odds and chip button work.

Racing Car is not a slot at all. It is the old arcade "car badge" board: a ring of Mercedes, BMW, Audi and Volkswagen logos runs round the edge of the screen, you put chips on the badge you think the light will stop on, and the round ends with a car driving out of the blue portal in the middle.
The two screens
The game flips between a ring screen and a bet panel. The ring screen shows the badges in coloured rims (red, green, yellow) around the border, with a few black-and-white police car tiles mixed in. In the middle sits the portal, a JACKPOT counter in the top left with BACK and menu buttons under it, your BALANCE in the bottom left and a BET PANEL button in the bottom right. Tiny badge icons in the top right corner are the last few results.
Tap BET PANEL and the grid slides over everything.
Reading the 12 boxes
The panel is three rows by four columns. Each row is one rim colour and each column is one brand, always in the same order: Mercedes, BMW, Audi, VW. The yellow number next to each badge is your stake on it; the small green tag under the badge is its multiplier for this round.
The brand order holds across rounds. Mercedes always carries the biggest multiplier in its row and VW the smallest (x4 to x8 in our captures). What moves is the colour: in one round green Mercedes paid x46 and red Mercedes x28, a round later red was x46 and green x40.
Chips, CLEAR BETS and START
The green button marked X 50 CHIPS sets how much one tap adds; we saw it at 50 and 100. Tap a box to stack chips on it, CLEAR BETS to wipe the panel, then START. The BET box totals everything on the grid and WIN shows the last payout. After a round the START button reads NEW GAME.
The close cross in the top right corner of the panel takes you back to the ring without betting.
Pacing a session
With twelve boxes it is tempting to cover half the board. Spread chips across many boxes and most of them lose every round, whatever lands. Pick one or two boxes, keep the chip at the lowest setting, and set a round count before you start.

Troubleshooting and questions
Why did the multipliers change after one round?
The odds under each badge are not fixed. In our screenshots the red Mercedes box paid x28 in one round and x46 in the next, so read the panel again before every START.
Can I bet on more than one box?
Yes. Every box has its own counter, so chips can be spread across several badges and colours in the same round.
