Sic Bo on Mega888: the blue table, and what a bet on Small really covers

Four credits on Small

In the second screenshot the balance has gone from 55.04 to 51.04 and BET reads 4. The stake is a small tower of four 1-credit chips sitting in the SMALL box. The gold dome has come down over the centre of the table and is about to lift.

What Small covers

The box spells it out: "are numbers 4-10, 1:1, lose if any triple appears". So Small wins on a total from 4 to 10, pays even money, and loses on any triple even when the triple adds up to a small total, like three 2s for 6.

That rule is the whole house edge on Small and Big. The triple boxes on the same top row, 180:1 for a chosen triple and 30:1 for any triple, pay well precisely because triples are rare.

Sizing the bet

The chips run 0.5, 1, 5, 10 and 50, and the table takes anything from MIN 0.5 to MAX 1000. Four 1-credit chips is the same as one 5-credit chip minus one; stacking singles simply lets you pick an odd amount. On a 55 balance, a 4-credit Small bet is roughly thirteen rolls of runway.
