LPE88 (Lucky Palace): the two ways the games look, the controls on each, and a guide to every title here

LPE88, also sold as Lucky Palace, is one of the app-based casino platforms Malaysian players use alongside 918Kiss, Mega888 and 3Win8. Most of its slots are Playtech titles, and the same game can look quite different depending on how you open it. This page explains the two screens you will meet, where the controls are on each, and which guide covers which game. For installing the app, see the separate LPE88 download page.

Two ways the games look

The phone frame

Most LPE88 games in these guides run in a newer mobile frame, in landscape or portrait. It has very few buttons on show:

• A thin status strip at the top with the time
• A round menu button top left for the paytable and settings, and an info button top right
• A half-hidden arrow on the left edge that slides out the bet panel: TURBO, LINES with minus and plus, and LINE BET with minus and plus
• A round HOLD FOR AUTOPLAY button: tap it to spin, hold it for autoplay
• A bottom bar with YOUR BALANCE, LINES, a message, LINE BET and TOTAL BET

You can also swipe the reels to spin. The message reads "PRESS SPIN OR SWIPE THE REELS" between spins and "TOUCH THE REELS TO STOP EARLY" while they turn. A win pops up in large figures over the reels, then settles into a WIN box in the bottom bar.

The first time you open a game it often shows an intro card explaining the feature, with a CONTINUE or START button and a tick box to skip it next time. Read it once: on games like Ice Cave and Legacy of the Wild it is the clearest rules summary you will get.

The desktop client

LPE88 also runs in a desktop browser. Here the platform has its own top menu (GAMES, FEATURED, NEW, SLOTS, TABLE & CARDS, ARCADE, LIVE DEALERS, PROGRESSIVE GAMES, SCRATCH), and the games use their older Playtech panels: Pay-table, Bet One, Bet Max and Spin keys, INFO, AUTO PLAY and TURBO MODE buttons, and a balance in MYR in the bottom corner. Several old cabinets also carry a Dollar Ball side-lottery switch.

The main risk on desktop is Bet Max sitting right beside Spin. The main risk on the phone frame is that the bet is out of sight. Either way, read TOTAL BET before you start.

Reading your stake

On the phone frame, TOTAL BET is LINES times LINE BET, and both live in the slide-out panel. Many captures in these guides were taken at one line and RM0.01 to learn the buttons, which says little about how a game really plays. For a fair session, open the panel, turn on all lines at the smallest line bet, and set a limit in advance. The responsible gaming page has more on keeping sessions short.
